Hey, Hey, Hey

Hello Family and Friends,

I just thought it would be really cool to have somewhere to write about daily occurrences since I'm not able to speak with everyone on a daily basis. We are doing good here in Philly so far. Joe's schedule has changed once again and he is working 7am to like 3 or so. So, since he is a night guy I think it's a little rough on him which is why he is sleeping right now. Hazel and Jade are doing good. Hazel is part of a "read to me" book club at our local library and has read 14 books so far. She usually walks through the library and picks her own books. I usually check out all the books she picks. She will be starting a reading hour/playtime on the 1st of July so we are really excited about that. Jade is her normal pleasant self. She smiles ALOT. People always say, "Oh my goodness she's smiling at me!!" and I always think to myself, "She smiles at everyone!!!" I can't go anywhere without having to stop a few times for Jade to flash that winning gummy smile. It's cool because it seems to make people really happy and I'm glad she's such a sweetheart.

Here are some pictures of our recent trip to Washington DC, for Father's Day. We stayed at the Ritz Carlton and visited Mt. Vernon and ate mediocre BBQ at Rocklands Barbeque Co. We also drove into DC and stopped by George W's pad...walked to the Smithsonian looking for a potty and a iced green tea for Mon. We were able to sneak into the American History section of the Smithsonian and saw some cool stuff...including the Hope diamond and a giant turtle. All this in just 24 short hours...the Montgomerys are famous for making the most of 1 day....give us a day and we'll rock your world.

Can't really think of any more news...we'll keep you posted.

Take Care & God bless....we love you all

Mon, Joe, Haze, Jade
