Saturday morning on Tuesday.

Today we had a nice Saturday morning breakfast, yes on Tuesday. You see as the family of a fabulous chef, our life is anything but conventional. No 9-5, Monday to Friday schedules here. We make our own schedules, our kids go to bed later than most, wake up later than most, and most Saturdays are just like any other day of the week. Not today, no Daddy was home and requested bacon, eggs, home fries, and toast. So that is what we did, and we loved it. Then we spent the day going to the YMCA, the library, grocery shopping...you know things most people do on the weekend. Happy Tuesday to you all!

So while I'm on the subject of our breakfast, it couldn't of been complete without our beloved farm fresh eggs! I have raved, yes RAVED about how much I love our farm! Well yeah sure it's not exactly our farm but we buy our fresh milk, and eggs from the Milky Way Farm. I had a tiny indiscretion when I decided to purchase "natural" eggs from the grocery store...and they were pitiful. So yes, thank you Jesus for farmer Tim and his most fabulous eggs. As if his eggs were not amazing enough, I have just discovered that Farmer Tim has a British accent...so yes I get my eggs & milk fresh from a darling farm and the farmer is British...I die :)
