Trash-Picker

I wouldn't call him a trash-picker...well maybe I would. I had picked up my wonderfully frugal husband from the train station and was about to venture home, when he said, "uhh turn right up here.." so I did...I didn't even have to ask, we were heading towards a bargain. My husband loves craigslist, I hadn't even heard of it until I met him...anyhow he spends many late nights perusing the various categories, and always checks the "free" section. It is where people put items that they are willing to part with...gratis, free, Joe's dream. So we headed to this house that had items piled by their curb. There were all kinds of things, cheesy Christmas decor, old rusted fishing poles, rakes, and other items that were of no use to them anymore. I saw this very cute old high-chair and I automatically fell in love. I wiped it down with Murphy's oil...and voila....it is Jade's new high-chair. Now I can see why the plastic trays were invented....it is a bit difficult to clean...but I love it. I love my bargain-bin, clearance section, trash picking husband too!!!
