UNO!!!

This February, our sweet/crazy/cuddly/awesome little boy turned 1 (or uno for those bilingual readers).  Believe us when we say that this year has flown by!!! I mean, really how could our 7lb 3 ounce, 21.5 inch newborn possibly be 1!!! We are so blessed to have a boy in the mix now. He is lively, energetic, curious, and at times pure trouble but we adore him! We spent the day with our little man going on a nature walk, and just enjoying his amazing little personality. Daddy made a cake (which Maxfield would only eat once he was allowed to crawl on top of the table), and he loved his new toy! It was a great day!! Yes...we are SO VERY BLESSED and THANKFUL!!!!

Jade's Birthday!!!

Jade's birthday was this past January! Our lovely second baby is now 4! It's crazy to think that when we moved to Pennsylvania she was just three months old, and now she is nearly full grown!! :) She is a very sweet and loving little girl and she'll rub your cheeks all day...yet she is spunky and has her own little attitude where she'll pose for photos with her hands on her hip in a second! She is indeed a blessing to our family and we love her so!!! Her birthday began with breakfast at a diner, where she ate chocolate chip pancakes and later we had a little "Jadey Party" where she ate chocolate cake! Chocolate was indeed the theme of the day!! It was a great day, showering our little peanut with love!!! <3

Easter

I continue to fail on a) uploading pictures from my camera, and b) blogging about life. I do have so much to catch up on...like Christmas, Jade's Birthday, Maxfield's 1st birthday, etc. Rather than compose one HUGE blog and bore everyone. I thought I'd start from the present, and follow up on future blogs.

So here, is Easter. The kids had so much fun going through their baskets, and experienced not one, but two egg hunts. Most importantly, they spent a beautiful morning at church, and later with family!

(Our family of five...for now! As you can see, I am looking pregnant now, five months!!)

Breakfast With Santa

The kids attended the fabulous Breakfast with Santa at the GORGEOUS Macy's in Philadelphia. Let's just say we know people (Shout out Liz & Greg...LOVE YOU) and we were truly blessed to attend. The kids had a magical time as you can see, meeting Mrs. Claus, a ballerina, and finally Santa. It was just beautiful!!!

HAPPY FRIDAY

Thankful.

Thanksgiving this year was very different for us. We were invited over to our friend's house for dinner and decided to take them up on the offer...so no food shots. Bummer! We usually develop a menu months in advance and have so much fun eating the day away. The food was very delicious at our friend's house and we very much enjoyed the company but I felt uncomfortable busting out my camera and snapping photos. So we snapped a few kid photos and I'd thought I would share. Did we mention that we are Thankful for our wonderful family and lovely friends...that means you!!! Thank you for being in our lives, we love you!
